By accessing the Website, you confirm your agreement to and acceptance of these terms. Widdix reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice.

You should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to Widdix via the Website. Any confidential or proprietary information submitted by You to Widdix, including but not limited to questions, comments, suggestions or any other response shall be deemed non-confidential and shall become the property of Widdix. In addition, by Your submission You grant Widdix an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, execute, modify, broadcast, and distribute such information. Widdix shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such information.

3.2. Access to Password protected areas are authenticated by “Widdix SelfSign Network” (“SelfSign”). Secure Areas of this site are governed by Section "7" of the Widdix.com TOU.

7. Widdix SelfSign Network

7.1. Inappropriate or Offensive SelfSign Account IDs.
Although Widdix SelfSign Network users have the ability to create any account ID they wish, we reserve the right to prevent account creation and/or restrict user accounts which are created with names that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive by our standards. We have the ability to update the disallowed list as often as necessary without user notice. If a user creates such an account, the account will be frozen and the user will be given the choice to either, (a) change the SelfSign account ID within seven (7) days, or (b) cancel the account registration.

7.2. You Are Responsible For Your Widdix SelfSign Network Account.
You are responsible for all activity under your Widdix SelfSign Network account. Protecting your account includes not giving our your password to others. Giving access to or sharing identical accounts is prohibited by Widdix. Changing your password regularly helps keep your account secure. We will notify you when your password has changed via email and you will be responsible for reporting anyone using your account without your consent.

7.3. Usage of the Widdix SelfSign Network.
Upon registration we will provide you with credentials to use on the Widdix SelfSign Network. The Widdix SelfSign Network credentials is provided for personal use only. The Widdix SelfSign Network is not to be used for commercial purposes or in a way that is against the law. If you wish to offer the Widdix SelfSign Network to users of your own application, Web site, or Web service, then you must enter into a different contract with Widdix.

7.4. Third Party Websites.
You are solely responsible for any dealings with third parties who support the Widdix SelfSign Network, including the delivery of and payment for goods and services. This contract applies to you whenever you access or use your Widdix SelfSign Network credentials. The terms and conditions for that site or service you visit may also apply to you. Please refer to the TOU for each site or service that you visit.

7.5. SelfSign Account Cancellation
You may cancel your access to the Widdix SelfSign Network at any time, with or without cause, to cancel your Widdix SelfSign Account sign in to your SelfSign Account at Widdix.com.

This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Website and its use, except with respect to Widdix Websites containing additional or different terms of use.
